Terms of service

1. About these terms
These terms apply to drawcue.com and its Chinese pages under /zh/ ("drawcue", "we", "us"). drawcue is run by Yijun Zhu as an independent website. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Using prompts
Prompts on drawcue are free to copy and use for personal and commercial projects. You don't need to credit us, though a link is appreciated. You may not republish the prompt collections in bulk as your own prompt library or sell them as a pack.
3. Using the browser tools
Our tools (signature generator, logo maker, background changer, watermark maker, live wallpaper maker and tattoo try-on) run in your browser and are provided free of charge. Images and designs you make with them are yours. Fonts and icons inside the tools are open-licensed (SIL OFL and MIT); their licences allow commercial use, but you are responsible for checking a logo or signature doesn't copy someone else's trademark.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use drawcue's prompts or tools to:
- create images or videos of a real person without their consent, or content that impersonates, harasses or deceives;
- remove or hide watermarks, signatures or credits from work you don't own;
- make sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any illegal content;
- forge documents, signatures or IDs, or break the terms of the AI tools you use.
5. AI-generated content
AI output is unpredictable. The same prompt can give different results, and example pictures on drawcue are AI-generated illustrations, not guarantees. You are responsible for checking and using what you create, including labelling AI-generated media where a platform or law requires it.
6. Third-party tools and links
We link to tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Kling, Runway and Canva. We don't control them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms, prices and privacy policies. Free plans change often; we check them regularly but can't promise they are current. Some links may become affiliate links; see the privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, text, guides and example images are owned by drawcue unless stated otherwise. Brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. If you believe something on drawcue infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the page and details and we will review it promptly.
8. Disclaimer
drawcue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, the prompts, the tools or third-party services.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.
