Start with a photo the model can read
Ageing works best from a sharp, front-facing photo in soft, even light. Shadows and filters hide the very features (eyelids, jawline, skin texture) the model needs to age believably. Remove glasses if you can, and avoid heavy beauty filters, because the model treats smoothed skin as 'young' and over-corrects.
Change one thing: the age
Every prompt here starts by freezing bone structure, eye shape, nose, lips and skin tone. Then it describes only what time changes: baby fat and big eyes for a toddler, clearer skin for 18, laugh lines and greying temples at 60, deeper wrinkles and thinner silver hair at 80 and 100. Be kind with older ages
