把 AI 职业照做好的实用指南

先拍对参考照

参考照决定了结果的上限。白天面向窗户站，让光线柔和均匀；手机举到眼睛高度，不要从下巴往上拍；头顶留一点空间。能用后置摄像头就用后置，前置摄像头常会磨皮、把脸拍宽。连拍五六张，选最清晰、表情最自然的一张。

告诉模型要保留什么

职业照提示词里最重要的一句，是保护你长相的那句：“保持参考照中人物的脸型、发际线、肤色和五官完全不变”。没有这句，很多模型会把你画成千篇一律的“图库脸”。本页每条提示词都以这句开头，修改时请保留。

按行业选背景

招聘方和客户会先看背景再看头衔。纯灰或深蓝显得正式，适合金融和传统企业；虚化的现代办公室适合互联网和创业公司；温暖明亮的浅色背景适合医疗、教练和教育；彩色背景适合创意行业。一个简单的背景胜过复杂的场景。

按领英的裁切来构图

领英头像以小圆形显示，所以要求头肩构图，脸大约占画面 60%，眼睛在离顶部约三分之一处。直接出 1:1 方图可以避免裁切尴尬；如果工具只能出竖图，事后再裁成人脸居中。

常见问题怎么改
